First Congregational UCC, Boulder is looking for an innovative and inspiring leader to direct our ministries with preschool and elementary children and families. In addition to our Sunday morning church school, the job responsibilities include sustaining and creatively expanding intergenerational worship opportunities, successful summer camp programs, family fellowship opportunities, support groups for parents, and participating in a project focused on equipping parents for their essential role as faith mentors for their kids. This last well-resourced experimental project is being undertaken with a cohort of other congregations of various denominations across the country. This is a year round 20 hour a week position with paid vacation. Salary is $26,000 – $31,000.
