Investment Committee

Meets quarterly in January, April, July, and October on the third Wednesday of the month at 8 a.m.  

The Investment Committee is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial investments of the church, ensuring that the church’s resources are allocated wisely and in line with its mission and values. This committee develops investment policies, makes decisions on asset allocation (such as stocks, bonds, and real estate), and ensures the church’s funds are properly diversified to balance growth with risk management. They are also tasked with regularly monitoring the performance of investments and making adjustments as needed to meet the church’s financial goals.

Additionally, the committee ensures that all investments align with the church’s ethical and religious values, avoiding sectors that conflict with its mission. They regularly report to church leadership, providing updates on the portfolio’s performance and maintaining transparency in the management of church funds. The ultimate goal is to maintain long-term financial stability and sustainability for the church while staying true to its principles.
