Youth Fundraiser

The youth fundraiser will feature music, light snacks and an opportunity to support the youth work camp. The youth will go to Fort Worth, Texas this summer where they will focus on food insecurity. They will do hands-on work in places like community gardens and food pantries/kitchens, and also learn about advocacy efforts to secure and increase affordable access to healthy food.

The youth and and their adult advisors will be working through the organization Be the Neighbor, a partnership organization between the United Church of Christ and The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
