MacKenzie Lectureship 2025
First Congregational Church is honored to welcome Dr. Nancy Ammerman and Dr. Kristina Lizardy-Hajbi for the MacKenzie Lectureship Weekend, February 7-9, 2025, as we explore together the future of the church.
Friday, Feb. 7, 7:00 p.m.: “How Shall We Gather? Reflections on America’s Changing Religious Landscape and the Necessary Future of the Church” lecture by Dr. Ammerman. Reception follows.
Saturday Feb. 8, 9:00-11:30 a.m.: Workshop with Dr. Ammerman and Dr. Lizardy-Hajbi
Sunday, Feb. 9, 10:30 a.m.: Morning Worship with Dr. Ammerman preaching, “Dwelling in the Wilderness”

Volunteers needed for the Annual Meeting to set tables on Saturday, March 1 at 9:00am, and more volunteers are needed on Sunday, March 2, to provide chili or hearty soups, bread, brownies, and to clean-up after the meeting.
