Hey Parents of Young Adults,
The summer is almost over. But we still have time to reconnect after a crazy year and a half of craziness. Because we don’t have most of your young adults contact info, we are reaching out to you parents to let your young adults know what’s on the horizon. If they have questions. Here are the details:
Where: Carol Hindes’ Lakeside Property
3675 75th St
Boulder
When: Saturday Aug 7th 1-3PM (We have the space from noon-4PM for those who want to come earlier)
Who: Let your kids know that they can bring a friend.
What to bring:
- Bathing Suit and Towel if they want to swim
- Bug spray just in case
- Water for hydration.
- BYO Lunch. But there will be some snacks provided.
- Chair if they need one
- Mask if they need one
COVID Guidelines:
Because this is technically a church gathering, we are asking people to be mindful of current CDC guidelines. We want everyone to feel comfortable and welcomed. We are not asking if people are vaccinated. But we want them to be safe. So we encourage them to bring a mask to wear if they are in too close a proximity or would like to feel safer. We will do our best to maintain distance. Since we’ll be outside, we are asking them to be wise if they know that they are not vaccinated and have concerns about the virus. If we enter the Hindes’ house for some reason, they have to wear a mask.
There will be no alcohol or non-prescription drugs at this event.
